There will be two (2) sales and use tax rate changes effective April 1, 2017.

• The sales and use tax rate will increase from 6.50 % to 6.75 % effective April 1, 2017 for Lorain County.
• The sales and use tax rate will increase from 6.75 % to 7.00 % effective April 1, 2017 for Holmes County.
